The Operation Center (OC) team is responsible for monitoring and managing all your network and device alerts and notifications. They head off potential issues before they create problems by reacting to various alerts based on threshold breaches, network anomalies, or abnormal device functions. 

The Help Desk team handles your remote issues and works directly with your end-users, providing a first line of defense to help keep your users as productive as possible with quick resolutions. The Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk teams will escalate trouble tickets to your ASE when they become more complicated or require a site visit.
